Returns and Refunds

No refunds or exchanges for items purchased on a sale, at a discounted price or close out items.

If you purchased zNitro items from a retail store or 3rd party online reseller you will need to contact them directly for any returns and/or refunds. We are unable to offer refunds if the product was not purchased directly from our website.

If you purchased a product from www.znitro.com please follow the process below for a return or refund.

zNitro has a 30 day money back guarantee for all items purchased directly from www.znitro.com.  If you are not 100% satisfied with our products please email warranty@znitro.com to begin the refund process. All refunds require returning the unused product in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, zNitro will not accept returns for a refund. We cannot process refunds over the phone, all requests must be submitted via email.

3) What is wrong with the item, reason for return?

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping to the continental United States with every zNitro purchase with tracking! *International orders will be required to pay for shipping separately. Most standard shipped items will ship within 1-2 business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to arrive. Due to holiday shipping schedules, delivery time may take longer than usual.
